Inside you’ll enjoy a waterfront home designed for the Cape Cod lifestyle. The sunlit, open floor plan offers views from every room, a completely equipped social kitchen with island and built-ins, bright, airy dining room with cathedral ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking the pond. The accommodations include updated appliances, including a sub-zero fridge, cable TV, WIFI and central air conditioning.
The second level provides three bedrooms and two full baths. In the master bedroom there’s a queen size bed and a tastefully renovated private full bath with a walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has twins. The second full bathroom on second floor has a tub. In the lower level you will find an additional family room and another room with twin beds. You will also find the washer/dryer in the lower level.
As you pull into the driveway, you’ll be impressed by the hand crafted post and beam barn, which offers additional bonus space. On the second floor of the barn there’s a game room featuring a ping-pong table, flat screen TV, XBOX, and central AC/Heat. Note there is no insulation in the barn, so it can take a while to cool down the space or heat it up. There’s plenty of space in the barn to store bikes, beach chairs, and other vacation gear.
The home is about a 10 minute drive to the sandy Cape Cod Bay beaches and not far from Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, cranberry bogs, hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, golf courses, and much more.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
