This secluded beach cottage sits perched atop the dunes, virtually hidden from neighboring homes, creating the feeling that the entire bay is yours. The property is located on a private neighborhood beach—one of the best sandy stretches in Brewster—offering an idyllic setting for a peaceful and picturesque getaway. The tide goes way out at low tide, creating the famous "Brewster Flats," where you can walk a mile or more straight out and make all kinds of interesting discoveries in the warm tidal pools.
Outside Living Space
Step outside the back entrance to a freestanding deck furnished with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining with sweeping Bay views. The newly added upper-level master suite includes its own private balcony/deck, where you can take in elevated, stunning vistas of Cape Cod Bay. With its exceptional beachfront position, the home’s outdoor spaces invite relaxation, quiet mornings, and unforgettable sunsets.
Inside Living Space
The east end of the cottage features an open-concept kitchen that flows into a good sized family room/TV lounge. This space extends to a three-season porch, where a dining table offers seating for six and views of the water. A half bath is conveniently located off the kitchen.
The west end of the home includes an additional spacious lounge/TV room, providing extra living space for your group. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and high-speed WiFi for comfort and convenience.
Sleeping Accommodations
The newly added upper level offers a roomy master bedroom with a queen-size bed, full en-suite bath, and striking elevated views, along with access to a private bay-view balcony.
The main level includes two additional bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and full bath, and another with twin beds.
