It's rare to find a Brewster family beach cottage with this much seclusion, directly on a private neighborhood beach! Perched atop the dunes and virtually invisible from surrounding homes, you get the feeling that you have Cape Cod Bay all to yourself. There is a freestanding outdoor deck just off the kitchen entrance, which has a table and chairs for outdoor dining with a superb water view. 

The owners have added an entire new level to the house, providing a spacious master bedroom with full bath ensuite. The new space offers a comfy queen size bed, as well as striking, elevated views of Cape Cod Bay. There Is also a new balcony/deck off the bedroom with stunning views of the bay.

The entire east end of the cottage is comprised of an open kitchen and family room/TV lounge, which flows out to the three-season porch where a dining table offers seating for six. There's also a half bath off the kitchen. The middle section of the house has two bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed and a full bath.. The other bedroom has twin beds. The west end of the house features another lounge/TV room. The home has central air conditioning and high speed  WiFi access. The property enjoys one of the best stretches of sandy beach in Brewster. It's a great summer vacation headquarters for your group of up to six.

Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.  In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of less than 31 days that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
