This family beach house is directly on a private, sandy beach in Brewster – one of the best beaches on the Bay. The house is ideally situated to take best advantage of the sweeping Bay views in all directions. The west deck has an oversized picnic table where you’ll want to take most meals and soak up the sunsets over the water. The bedroom configuration works well for two families with children: three bedrooms and a full bath on the main level – A queen in one, a single bed in each of the two others -- all three have window AC units. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one with twins (which can be pushed together to form a king), one with a queen. Plus a full bath (shower) and laundry on that lower level. The second fridge down there is also a plus. There is also a large, enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt when you come off the beach just a few feet away. It’s really a perfect situation for a family beach vacation!

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–October. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
