Location
This family beach house is directly on a private, sandy beach in Brewster – one of the best beaches on the Bay. The house is ideally situated to take best advantage of the sweeping Bay views in all directions.
Outside Living Spaces
The west deck has an oversized picnic table where you’ll want to serve most meals and marvel at the sunsets over the water. Plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs here. The east deck gets morning sun and has additional seating, plus a small café table -- the perfect spot for your morning coffee. This deck is home to the gas grill right outside the kitchen.
And if it’s a little too windy on the west deck, just move to the east deck, and vice versa. There is also a patio off the lower level, providing yet another outdoor gathering place. Just off the patio, there’s a storage shed with plenty of beach chairs, a spare filled propane tank and virtually everything else you could ask for. There is also a large, enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt when you come off the beach just a few feet away.
Inside Living Spaces
The kitchen is well equipped with everything you’ll need for meal prep, but note there is no dishwasher. The main level’s common space is open and social, with the kitchen flowing into the dining area and living room beyond, where you’ll find plenty of comfy lounge seating and the TV. The living room has sliders for convenient access to the west deck.
Sleeping Accommodations
The bedroom configuration works well for two families with children: three bedrooms and a full bath on the main level – a queen in one, a single bed in each of the two others -- all three have window AC units. On the lower level, there are two bedrooms, one with twins (which can be pushed together to form a king), one with a queen, plus a full bath with a step-in shower. You’ll find a washer/dryer on the lower level, as well as a handy second fridge in a completely renovated laundry room and bath!
