Location
Tucked into one of Brewster’s most popular beach communities, Ellis Landing, sits “Sunny Side Up,” a beautiful upside down beach house just three houses back from Cape Cod Bay with access to a private beach. The path to the beach is 25 paces from the house and there are pleasant water views from the upper level. Enjoy the Brewster flats at low tide and warm bay waters at high tide. Sunsets over the bay are a nightly highlight. At extreme high tide, water can come almost up to the stone revetment, temporarily limiting beach space for about an hour. The home is also a quick walk to Route 6A for dining, ice cream, and local shopping. You can walk to Ocean Edge Resort to enjoy their dining outlets.
Outside Living Space
There is a patio with a dining table in the back of the house for morning coffee or evening cocktails. This is also where you will find the enclosed outdoor shower and the gas grill.
Inside Living Space
The house is an upside-down style home with the main living area on the second level to provide water views. The kitchen, dining, and living room are located on the second level in a wide-open living space with vaulted ceilings. (Fireplace is inoperable.) There is also a full bath on the upper level. The home is cooled by central air conditioning combined with a split unit on the upper level. Cable TV and high-speed Wi-Fi are provided.
Sleeping Accommodations
Lower level:
One bedroom with two sets of bunks (four twin beds).
Second bedroom with a King bed, TV, and desk space.
There is a full bath located on this level along with the laundry facilities.
