Location  
Nestled in the serene Winslow Landing neighborhood, this property provides easy, direct access to the beach, making it ideal for swimming and sunbathing. At low tide you can walk straight out for a mile or more on the famous Brewster Flats, where kids of all ages will delight in tracking moon snails and discovering all sorts of other fascinating critters in the tidal pools. Walk a few minutes in the opposite direction to Main Street, Brewster (Route 6A) for restaurant options, a bakery, sushi, a liquor store, convenience store, hardware store, bookstore and more. You're also very close to the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. 

Outdoor Living Spaces 
Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful views from your private outdoor spaces, complete with a large grill for family cookouts and a covered patio for relaxing evenings and shade for sunny days. Beach chairs, lounge chairs, and an outdoor dining area ensure that you can relax in comfort. There is a level lawn for Whiffeball® and other outdoor activities. Rinse off beach sand and salt with an outdoor shower.

Indoor Living Spaces  
With 1850 square feet, this house offers plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. The main living area features comfortable seating and a 42" TV. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The kitchen includes all high-end conveniences such as a Cuisinart toaster & coffee maker, Calphalon knives and Wedgewood china. The dining area accommodates family gatherings, and the addition of modern amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and laundry facilities help make your stay convenient and comfortable. The cottage is cohesively decorated with a mix of antiques and modern pieces. There are three flat screen TVs including  two 27" screens upstairs, cable boxes on all.  There is wireless Internet, of course, and much more.

Sleeping Accommodations  
The beach house has five bedrooms. Three have queen size beds, one has a full double plus single bunk over, the last has a traditional set of bunks.  All have air conditioners. All beds will be made up, anticipating your arrival. The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests.  All bedrooms have water views and air conditioners.  There are two full baths, one with a step-in shower, one with a tub/shower combination.
