What a location! Walk a few minutes in one direction, and you’re on the beach, where at low tide, you can walk a mile or so straight out on the famous Brewster Flats. The water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However, you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while.
Walk a few minutes from the house in the opposite direction, and you’re in the heart of Brewster’s most appealing shops and restaurants, including ice cream, casual dining, pizza, sushi, fresh baked goods, a liquor store, bookstore, convenience store and more!
Outside Living Space:
This property is part of a quaint and quiet little bayside neighborhood. The house is the last house on a dead-end road and offers nice privacy. The yard features a bocce court, a fire pit and the large new deck for lounging and dining.
When you come off the beach, rinse off sand and salt in the enclosed outdoor shower and fire up the gas grill. Maybe walk back to the beach for another stunning sunset over the bay. As darkness falls, gather around the fire pit and see if you can pick out constellations in the summer sky.
Inside Living Space
Inside the home, you’ll find a cozy living room area that is open to the dining area and kitchen. But now, there's a big new family room (24' X16'), which walks out to the new deck (16' X 14'). So the living spaces inside and outside are both substantially increased.
You will also enjoy plenty of room to operate in the fully equipped kitchen. NOTE: There is no dishwasher. However, the owners are hoping to have the kitchen renovated for summer 2026. The new large beautiful family room is where you will spend most of your inside time! Just love all those windows and brightness! The home also offers air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and cable TV, as well as a SONOS® sound system.
Sleeping Accommodations
There is one bedroom on the main level. There is a full bath off the kitchen very close to this bedroom.
Upstairs is a classic Cape set up with a bathroom at the top of the stairs and a bedroom on each side. One bedroom houses a queen bed, the other two twins.
