Location
Start with the panoramic views of Lewis Bay. Whether you dine indoors or outside on the large, beautiful deck, serve your meals with waterfront allure. Eager to have ready access to a lovely, private neighborhood beach? Just walk to the end of Algonquin Street, and your feet will be in the sand in three minutes.
Drive three to four minutes to Main Street (Route 28) for coffee, barbecue, ice cream, and as many as three mini golf options, all within minutes of each other. You could create your own mini-golf tour! Walk or bike less than a mile to the famous Tugboats Restaurant at the Hyannis Marina, or Baxter’s Boat House, both with views of all of Hyannis Harbor and countless boats coming and going.
You also have only a short drive, walk, or bike ride to the Hyannis docks, where the ferries will whisk you away to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Or stroll up Main Street, Hyannis, for some of the most appealing shops and restaurants anywhere on the Cape.
Outside Spaces
This space features a large, open deck and a charming stone patio you can step onto. Both areas offer stunning views of the bay and lively boat traffic. There’s ample comfortable outdoor seating on both the deck and patio, with a dining table and chairs on the deck and a convenient gas grill on the patio. You’ll also appreciate the oversized outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt after beach days. Off-street parking for up to four vehicles is available in the driveway.
Inside Spaces
The main level's common space features an open-concept design that includes a spacious living room, a dining area, and a stunning, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an electric glass-top range. Quartz countertops provide ample prep space and a peninsula with high seating for four. The living room is furnished with comfortable lounge seating and a large-screen TV. Additionally, there is a half bath adjacent to the kitchen.
Sleeping Accommodations
There’s one bedroom on the main level, which is the primary suite, with a queen-sized bed and a private full bath. The upper level presents four additional bedrooms. There’s a second queen suite, which includes a private full bath. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a double bed with an additional twin daybed. In all, this home has 3.5 bathrooms.
The property includes central AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer.
