Location
Start with the panoramic views of Lewis Bay. Whether you dine indoors or outside on the large, beautiful deck, serve your meals with waterfront allure. Eager to have ready access to a beautiful, private neighborhood beach? Just walk to the end of Algonquin Street, and your feet will be in the sand in three minutes.
Drive three to four minutes to Main Street (Route 28) for coffee, barbecue, ice cream and as many as three mini golf options, all within minutes of each other. You could create your own mini-golf tour! Walk or bike less than a mile to the famous Tugboats Restaurant at the Hyannis Marina, or Baxter’s Boat House, both with views of all of Hyannis Harbor and countless boats coming and going.
You also have only a short drive, walk or bike ride to the Hyannis docks where the ferries will whisk you away to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. Or stroll up Main Street, Hyannis for some of the most appealing shops and restaurants anywhere on the Cape.
Outside Spaces
Here, you have the big, open deck. Or step down onto the handsome stone patio. From either place, you have a striking view of the bay and plenty of intriguing boat traffic. There is plenty of comfortable outside seating for both the deck and the patio. The deck has a dining table and chairs, while you’ll find the handy gas grill on the patio level. You will enjoy the oversized outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and salt from your day at the beach. The driveway has off-street parking for up to four vehicles.
Inside Spaces
The main level common space consists of the open concept floor plan, including a large living room, dining area, and the magnificent, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including an electric glass top range. The quartz countertops offer plenty of prep space, as well as a peninsula with high-boy seating for up to four. The living room has plenty of comfy lounge seating and a large-screen TV. There is a half bath off the kitchen as well.
Sleeping Accommodations
There’s one bedroom on the main level, which is the primary suite, with a queen-sized bed and a private full bath. The upper level presents four additional bedrooms. There’s a second queen suite, which includes a private full bath. Two additional bedrooms each have a queen-size bed, while the fifth bedroom has a double bed with an additional twin day bed. In all, this home has 3.5 bathrooms.
The property also features central AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and there's also a washer and dryer.
