There are two spacious living areas upstairs and down. The main level is completely open from the kitchen to the dining room to the living area. Upstairs features a billiard table, seating area with TV and a balcony providing water views of Pleasant Bay. The two bedrooms upstairs also have water views.
Outside you’ll find a natural gas fire pit, and heated salt water gunite pool & spa with pebble finish to complement the home's contemporary allure. There is a new outdoor built-in grill station and kitchen being installed for 2025 season as well. You can access the beach at the end of the street at the town landing or head to one of the private association beaches nearby as well. Only a 10 minute car ride brings you to idyllic Chatham center for ample shopping and dining options form which to choose.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $245.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
