However, you have all the modern amenities:  an updated kitchen, flat screen TV's, WiFi, AC units in 3 bedrooms, etc.  There are 2 master bedroom suites on the main level with AC units and 3 bedrooms upstairs, plus the "Ocean Room" which is a new section and features mesmerizing water views. Enjoy the good sized yard and well-kept patio as you gaze out at the ocean and Chatham Light, which is next door. Walk 8-10 minutes into Chatham center for dining, band concerts and shopping. Truly the best of Chatham.
