Be among the first to experience this just-built beauty in Orleans. But first, consider the location. Here you’re just a nine-minute drive from world renowned Nauset Beach on the Atlantic, one of the best on the entire east coast. Drive just five minutes into Orleans Center for destination dining, shopping, and entertainment, including mouthwatering treats at the Hot Chocolate Sparrow and Cape Cod League baseball under the lights at Eldredge Park. Even closer, it’s just a four-minute drive to Nauset Farms Market for cut-to-order meats, fresh produce, luscious, piled high deli sandwiches and taste tempting homemade desserts.
Another highlight of this location: you can walk just five minutes to Arey’s Pond, home of the famous Arey’s Pond Boat Yard, where they craft the classic Arey’s Pond single-sail Catboat. If you know how to sail, the friendly Boat Yard folks will rent you a Catboat. If you’re a newbie, they’ll give you a lesson and create what’s sure to be one of your all-time favorite Cape Cod vacation memories. And it happens right up the road from where you’re staying!
You are going to love this property, inside and out. You’ll probably spend a lot of your time either near or in the heated pool. Or in the big hot tub. The enclosed outdoor shower is useful to rinse off salt and sand from the beach. Besides, it’s just downright fun to shower outside! The outdoor kitchen makes dining on the patio something special. And when the sun finally sets, you can light the wood firepit for some superb stargazing.
Inside the house, the planning and good taste of the owners is immediately apparent. The stunning kitchen has the best of everything you need. Such as the new, Sub-Zero® appliances and granite counters, including a big island with counter seating for four. The adjacent dining table seats eight.
The dining area and kitchen flow into the luxurious living room with high-end, exceptionally comfortable lounge seating and a gas fireplace. There is one bedroom on the main level. It’s big with a king size bed and double sink vanity in the full private bath. The laundry is also located on the main level, as is a half bath.
The home’s lower level features a TV lounge plus a full-size billiards table and wet bar. There’s a full bath here as well.
The home’s upper level presents three more bedrooms, all very spacious. There are two queen-sized beds in each of two of the upper-level bedrooms.
The fourth bedroom, third one upstairs, has a king size bed. Both the master bedroom on the first floor and second floor feature private en suite bathrooms. There is a shared full bath between the two Queen bedrooms on the second floor. In all, the house has 4.5 baths.
This home has high speed Wi-Fi, cable/smart TV, a SONOS ® sound system and air conditioning via in-wall split units for room-by-room customized cooling.
