There are no shortages of fabulous eating establishments in Sandwich. Father's, a local taphouse, along with Amari, a lovely Italian restaurant are also within a mile from the home.
You’ll also be glad you chose this house for your vacation, once you experience its 2,750 square feet of prime living space, masterfully furnished and finished. The all-new chef’s kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to operate. It features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. You’ll love the large square center island with seating for five, plus an adjacent breakfast nook with a small café table. The open floor plan flows into the living room with plenty of comfortable lounge seating and a large wall mounted TV.
The home has central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and cable, as well as smart TV.
The outdoor covered porch provides a dining table, where you can serve meals in complete privacy. There’s also an open deck, gas grill and a large, enclosed outdoor shower.
This home’s functional luxury continues into all the sleeping quarters. The beds are as new as the house, which was completed in 2017. You have two master king suites, one on the main level, the other upstairs. Each has its own tastefully appointed full bath en suite. Another second level bedroom has a comfy new queen size bed and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, noteworthy that all four beds are queen size! Overall, the house has three and a half baths, all sparkling new.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 225 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 12.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
