Location: Here’s the ideal vacation situation. First, it’s only a four-minute walk to a beautiful sandy and private neighborhood beach on picturesque Nantucket Sound. Second, if you drive three to four minutes the other way, you’re on Main Street (Route 28), where you’ll find several inviting eateries, along with mini-golf options.
You’re also less than a mile from famous Tugboats restaurant at the Hyannis Marina with views of all of Hyannis Harbor and countless boats coming and going.
Eager to visit the Islands of Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard? You can hop on a ferry right there at the Hyannis docks. Be sure to take a stroll up Main Street, Hyannis for some of the Cape’s most intriguing shops and restaurants.
Renovated in 2023: There’s nothing better than Cape Cod charm updated. If you love the warmth of wood, you just might fall in love with this home’s wood floors, exposed wood beams and wood beadboard walls and ceilings.
Indoor Spaces: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could want to make meal prep quick, easy and a pleasure. The kitchen also provides a café style dining table and chairs for breakfast, lunch or a snack for the kids. The open concept floorplan flows beautifully from the kitchen into the indoor dining area with seating for six, then into the spacious living room with plenty of comfy lounge seating and a big, wall mounted TV. There’s a slider from the living room out to the large open-air deck and big, level lawn. The main level also includes a handy half bath off the kitchen.
Sleeping Accommodations: There are two bedrooms here, both on the second level. The larger bedroom features a queen-size bed plus a daybed with a comfortable twin. The second bedroom serves up bunk beds, full size under, twin on top. You’ll find a full bath on this level as well, with an easy step-in shower.
Outdoor Spaces: In addition to the deck, this home features a large, screened porch, a great place to relax and be refreshed by the Cape’s summer salt air breezes. There’s a good-sized dining table and chairs out here as well, so you may be tempted to fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco. Still another place to gather outside is the upper-level deck with its panoramic views of the Sound. A perfect place for Happy Hour.
