Location
Ideally situated on an unpaved, quiet road parallel to the beach, this house sits on a private treed lot directly on Cape Cod Bay, with stunning water views and direct access to a private neighborhood beach. A private path with a gradual incline leads from the house to the sandy beach. The location is very private, with many trees in the front yard where children can play in the shade. Most rooms in the house have water views. The home is older and does not offer the most updated fixtures or furnishings, but provides spacious accommodations in an unbeatable waterfront situation. You can walk or bike up to Route 6A and find a bookstore, pizza, bakery, sushi, a Cumberland Farms, and several restaurants. Major grocery shopping is a 10–15 minute drive to Orleans or East Harwich. Here, you are also close to the popular Cape Cod Rail bike path.

Outside Living Space
The house sits on a large lot with a lot of privacy and trees in the front area.  The view is amazing! Outside the kitchen door, There is a small patio area which is home to the gas grill. Around the corner, overlooking the water is another, larger patio with a dining table and chairs. A newly added enclosed outdoor shower is just off the patio.

Inside Living Space
The updated kitchen is fully equipped and adjoins the dining room, which has an exceptional water view. A side door leads to the patio with the gas grill and outdoor shower. You walk from the kitchen into the front-to-back living room with comfy seating and a wall mounted TV. Another nice feature of this home is the furnished breezeway that connects the house to the garage, accessible via the main level twin bedroom. This configuration is often popular with senior couples who need a refuge from an overload of family togetherness!

Sleeping Accommodations
This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
The main level has one queen bedroom. Another bedroom has two twins with the aforementioned adjacent breezeway and a sitting area. These bedrooms share a renovated full bath with a step-in shower.
On the upper level the primary bedroom has a king bed, a huge walk-in closet with a window, which works well as a bedroom for an infant.  A slider walks out to a small balcony deck with impressive views and sunsets. The fourth and final bedroom offers a pair of twins with a water view.
These upper bedrooms share a full bath with a step-in shower and a separate large tub.

Air conditioning is provided by a full-size split unit in the primary bedroom, window units in the upper-level twin and main-level queen bedrooms, and a second full-size split unit in the living room.
