Nestled into a quiet Brewster Bayside neighborhood, you’ll discover this superbly renovated home. From here you’ll walk only five or six minutes to the private, beautiful Sea Pines Association Beach. Low tide reveals the extensive Brewster Flats, where you can walk for miles amid the sandbars and tidal pools with all sorts of harmless critters the kids will love finding.
It’s also an easy walk to Main Street (Route 6A), Brewster, where you’ll find a variety of shops and restaurants, ranging from fine dining to casual seafood to sushi, pizza and more. There’s a bookstore, a couple of bakeries, a liquor store and a convenience store here as well.
Your Cape-style outdoor summer living is enhanced by this home’s private, sizable stone patio with a gas firepit as its focal point. You'll find a dining table and chairs on the patio as well. There is also the Cape Cod obligatory enclosed outdoor shower for a soothing rinse after a day on the saltwater beach. You'll also make good use of the unusual retractable clothesline for wet swimsuits and damp towels.
The interior of the home has been recently upgraded throughout. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with high boy seating for three. The counters are handsome granite and the stainless steel appliances include a gas range.
At one end, the kitchen opens to the large dining table and chairs with a view of the private patio and yard. At the other end, the kitchen flows into the good sized living room with comfy lounge seating and a large TV with cable.
Sleeping accommodations include four bedrooms. On the main level there’s a bedroom with a queen size bed and another with twins. The upper level has another queen bedroom and the final bedroom has, not one, but two queen size beds.
The home has two updated full baths, one on each level. There is central air conditioning and high-speed Wi-Fi.
