Nestled in a quiet Brewster bayside neighborhood, this superbly renovated home is only a five- to six-minute walk to the private Sea Pines Association Beach. At low tide, explore the extensive Brewster Flats with miles of sandbars and tidal pools filled with harmless critters kids love to find. It’s also an easy walk to Main Street (Route 6A) in Brewster, where you’ll find shops, bakeries, restaurants from fine dining to casual seafood and sushi, plus pizza, a bookstore, a liquor store, and a convenience store.
Outside Living Space
A private, sizable stone patio centers around a gas fire pit, with dining table and chairs for outdoor meals. Enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off after a saltwater beach day. A retractable clothesline is available for drying swimsuits and towels.
Inside Living Space
The interior has been recently upgraded throughout. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen features a large center island with seating for three, handsome granite counters, and stainless-steel appliances including a gas range. One end of the kitchen opens to a dining area with views of the patio and yard; the other end flows into a good-sized living room with comfy lounge seating and a large TV with cable. Air conditioning is via split units and there is of course high-speed Wi-Fi.

There are 4 bedrooms in all.
Main level: one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with twins.
Upper level: one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two queen beds.
Two updated full baths: one on each level.
