Location:
It has a beautiful location, right on a private sandy neighborhood beach. This sought after location is part of a small private enclave. The house is at the end of an unpaved road and overlooks Cape Cod Bay.
It is almost exactly 0.5 mile up to Route 6A, which is historic Main Street in Brewster. Right along there, you'll find a variety of shops and restaurants including the landmark Brewster Store. There you'll discover its old general store charm and choose anything from coffee to gifts and sundries. There is ice cream next door.
Outside Living Space:
The yard and screened porch facing the Bay are extremely private and unusually secluded for a home right on the beach like this one. The elevated screened porch is the home’s centerpiece, with its commanding views of the beach and Bay. It’s really special to relax on that porch and listen to the waves lapping on the shore below. It's also only about a minute walk to the private, neighborhood beach, one of Brewster's best.
Inside Living Space
The house floorpan flows easily from the kitchen to the dining area to the living room and then out to the screened porch overlooking the water. There is a large TV in the LR area.
The main level features an extra large dining table, so there's plenty of room to seat everyone.
Please note that the house is older so the stairs to the upper level are steep and narrow which could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Sleeping Accommodations:
The beach house has four bedrooms and three full baths. Two of the bedrooms have king size beds and are located on the main level. The primary bedroom is ensuite. The other king bedroom has a full bath across the hall.
The other two bedrooms are upstairs with a pair of twins in each and share a full bath.
All the bedrooms have window AC units.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–October. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
