This renovated 1950s farmhouse sits on a 0.9-acre lot with plenty of safe space for kids to play. It has a beautifully landscaped yard and gardens. It offers proximity to Brewster’s shops and restaurants and is only .7 miles to Breakwater Beach where you can explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Outside Living Space
The centerpiece is the large heated saltwater pool with lounge seating. An umbrella-shaded outdoor dining table and chairs sit nearby, along with another dining table with bench seating. The level lawn is framed by lavish flower gardens. A gas grill is available for outdoor dining on a patio off the kitchen of the main house. The large detached garage functions as a barn-like recreation space with ping pong, foosball, and a spare fridge.
Inside Living Space
The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a freestanding stainless island, and a wine fridge. The open concept flows into the dining area with a large table and Windsor chairs. Wide plank oak floors and exposed beams set a charming tone. The living room is spacious with comfortable seating, a large TV, and colorful décor.

On the main level: one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twins which share a renovated full bath.
On the Upper level: king primary bedroom with private full bath. Additional sleeping: twin/trundle in loft space at the top of the stairs, with a desk and chair.
