It’s easy to be mesmerized by the sweeping, elevated views of Lewis Bay from the spacious deck of this genteel property.
You’ll walk to your private neighborhood beach on the bay in six minutes or less. It’s only a four-minute bike ride to Tugboats at Hyannis Marina, one of the best and most popular restaurants in the area.
Other close-by attractions include mini golf, the Whydah Pirate Museum, the Cape Cod Inflatable Park, the Cape Cod Maritime Museum and the John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum.
The Melody Tent, one of America’s most famous summer stock theatres, is just three miles from your door.
You can also drive a few minutes to Hyannis Harbor and book a sunset cruise, sailing trip, fishing excursion -- even a pirate ship cruise. Or buy a ferry ticket to Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard for the day. In addition, there are more than two dozen inviting golf courses in the area.
At the house you’ll know doubt spend most of your time on the expansive deck, which offers multiple seating areas for both dining and lounging – all with that captivating water view. Here you’ll also find the enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill.
Inside the home, the view remains the focus, thanks to the legion of sliders and full view windows on two levels. The fully outfitted, immaculate kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counters, including an island with counter seating for three. From there, the open concept floorplan flows into the dining area, then the living room with a big TV and comfortable lounge seating for watching the Red Sox and the boats on the bay at the same time!
The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a king size bed, large TV and a roomy, beautiful private full bath en suite.
The upper level has the other two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and private full bathrooms. There is also a smaller lounge area at the top of the stairs.
This home has central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi, and smart/cable TV.
