But walk just two minutes and you’re on Main Street in the heart of Harwich Port Village, which is full of local charm, shops and restaurants. Keep walking for another six minutes and you’re on Bank Street Beach, one of the best on Nantucket Sound.

The open concept common space includes a living room just off the kitchen and dining area with a gas fireplace and wall mounted TV. The finished lower level has a much larger family room with lounge seating and a big wall mounted TV. The lower level also features a bonus room/office and a laundry area.

The recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a gas range, and granite countertops. 

The main level has a king-size bed in one bedroom, a queen-sized bed in the other. There are two full baths, both on the main level.  One has a tub/shower combination and the other has a step-in shower. 

Amenities include village and beach access, Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, gas fireplace, and Smart TV's, washer/dryer. Special features include a private backyard with a tree shaded patio. Beach towels and chairs are provided by the owner. Off street parking for two vehicles

There’s a good-sized stone patio just off the back door which frames the small but very private and level backyard. The patio includes a tree shaded dining table. This is where the gas grill lives, as well as the enclosed outdoor shower.
