Location
There are only two properties between this carefully maintained vacation home and the neighborhood beach you will enjoy when you stay here. The cartway and path to the beach is right in front of this house. It's good to know that the beach immediately to the east of the beach path is private to that property only. Your neighborhood beach is adjacent and to the west of that. And of course, you can walk anywhere on the beach, private or not, including straight out for more than a mile at extreme low tide on the famous Brewster Flats. Please note that at extreme high tide, the water can come right up to the stone revetment covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However, you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while.
From this property it’s a short walk or bike ride up to Main Street (Route 6A), where you’ll find restaurants, bakeries, a bookstore, liquor store, convenience store and more. You can also connect with the popular Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.
Indoor Living Space
The property provides a surprising amount of indoor living space. There are four different places where members of your group can gather. First, as you enter the house on the main level, you find yourself in a spacious sunroom on the main level. Open multiple windows and this space functions as a screened porch in warm weather. Step into the body of the house to discover a large social kitchen and TV lounge with additional kitchen island seatins. There is a half bath here as well.
Walk upstairs and enjoy a second TV lounge or walk out on the house-long covered porch. The porch offers an elevated glimpse of the bay and still more comfy seating.
Sleeping Accommodations
The main level of the house features a generous primary bedroom suite with a roomy king size bed and full bath en suite. On the second level you’ll find one bedroom with a queen-size bed. The third bedroom, also on the second level, provides a freestanding twin bed plus bunk beds with a full-size double bed under a twin. These second-level bedrooms share a full bath, making two and a half baths in all. The full bathroom on the main level has a step-in shower while the other bathroom (second level) has a tub/shower combo.
