A short three- minute walk to a private beach adjacent to the town's public Breakwater Beach, this charming home with old-world details boasts modern and beautiful amenities including a large, fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, a large dining room with maple table, a vaulted living room with 58-inch TV, stunning wide plank pine floors, and a screened-in porch to relax, read a book, or hold family game night. First floor also includes two bedrooms--one with queen size bed and one with two twins. Second floor has a large bedroom with king size bed, reading nook, and exposed brick chimney. The second upstairs bedroom has three XL twin beds. There's a half bath upstairs as well.
The private bay beach offers warm water, soft sand, gentle surf, stunning sunsets, and awe-inspiring views of the ever-changing landscape as the tide ebbs and flows. At low tide enjoy walking the flats over a mile from shore. At high tide enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and swimming in the clear water. Part of this home's appeal is its "country road" setting and the ability to easily walk to many popular Brewster destinations. The Brewster Store is just up the street, the perfect spot to grab the paper and a coffee as well as let the kids choose penny candy and unique toys in this charming, landmark general store. Grab some ice cream right next door at the Brewster Scoop. Treat yourself to a delicious dinner at Spinnaker, one of the top restaurants on the Cape. Take in the nightly live music at the Woodshed. Grab a drink there, too, or next door at the Chowder House. The library is right around the corner if you run out of books to read or need a diversion for the kids. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
