Walk just 12 minutes to a nice sandy beach on freshwater Dennis Pond, or drive eight minutes to Gray’s Beach on Cape Cod Bay. You’re very close to Route 6A, along which you’ll find several excellent restaurants, whether you head east or west. You’re also close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path.
There is no doubt your outside focus will be on the heated saltwater pool and the patio that abuts it. Stake out a lounge chair and watch the kids frolic in the pool. Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco at the umbrella-shaded patio table. When the sun goes down, gather around the wood-burning fire pit and see who can spot the Big Dipper and the North Star.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and everything is brand new, from the stainless-steel appliances to the salad forks—plenty of counter space, and all solid, beautiful granite, of course. The large center island provides additional workspace, and there is counter seating for four. You’ll also make good use of the wine fridge/beverage center. The beautiful dining table is right off both the kitchen and the living room. The dining room is lined on two sides with oversized windows that offer striking views of the yard and garden.
Speaking of windows, wait until you experience this home’s living room with its extraordinary two-story-high window wall. Relax in the cozy lounge seating and watch a movie or a ball game on the huge wall-mounted cable/smart TV. The main level also includes a den/office for anyone who needs to work remotely. That room has a sleep sofa that can be used for additional sleeping space. The laundry and a half bath are also on the main level, along with a sitting room for another place people can gather.
Or they can congregate on the second level, where the allure is an immense game room at the top of the stairs, dominated by a handsome billiards table.
The spacious primary bedroom is on the main level, featuring a king-size bed and a private full bath. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, each with its own full bath. Two of these upper bedrooms have king beds, while the third is a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds. Each bunk has a full-size double bed below and a twin bed above.
