Sandy and handy Priscilla Landing Beach is a small town beach with softer surf, ideal for younger children. But if it’s a broad, miles-long sandy beach directly on the Atlantic you seek, you can walk for about 18 min to famous Nauset Beach from this property as well.
Your first impression, the curb view of this property, may lead you to expect modest, cottage-like accommodations. If so, you’re in for a startling, very pleasant surprise. This vacation home is uncluttered and pristine, top to bottom. Everything is fresh and new, from the spotless, sparkling kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters to the open concept dining and living areas. The exposed beam ceilings add appeal as well.
Walk downstairs to the lower level and you’ll find two impeccable bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, the other with twins. There is an immaculate full bathroom on this level. Walk up to the second level to discover the third exquisite, quite large bedroom with a comfy queen with its own full bath.
There is a good sized deck off the back of the house for your summer outdoor living enjoyment. You’ll be able to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach in the enclosed outdoor shower. Plan to visit the Nauset Farms Market in nearby East Orleans Village and pick up fresh fish or meats from their butcher shop.
Just the excuse you need to fire up the gas grill back at the house.
