If the beach is your main reason for vacationing on the Cape, why not stay within a few minutes’ walk of one of the best beaches on the entire east coast?  Walk seven minutes to famous Nauset Beach via a secluded "secret path" that takes you directly to the beach bypassing Beach Road and having to pay for parking.  Drive seven minutes in the opposite direction to Orleans Center, with all its appealing restaurants, shopping, Cape Cod League Baseball and other attractions.

 

Back at the property, you have .94 acres of seclusion with the waves from the Atlantic as your soundtrack. Outdoor summer living spaces include a main level deck and a delightful three-season screened porch plus a second level deck with peaks of the ocean.

 

The custom home’s 2,815 square feet give you plenty of places and spaces to be together or apart. The floorplan is open and social, centered on the completely and conveniently outfitted kitchen. Besides the roomy living room and appealing dining area, the main level also provides a half bath and laundry.

 

Sleeping accommodations are comprised of a king master suite on the main level, a second master suite on the second level, this one with a queen size bed and a full bath en suite. The other bedroom is also on the second level with 4 twins and also a private bath.

 

The home is air conditioned with in-wall units and offers high speed Wi-Fi as well as cable TV.
