If the beach is your main reason for vacationing on the Cape, why not stay within a few minutes’ walk of one of the best beaches on the entire east coast? Walk half a mile, about 10 minutes, to famous Nauset Beach. Drive seven minutes in the opposite direction to Orleans Center, with all its appealing restaurants, shopping, Cape Cod League Baseball and other attractions.
Back at the property, you have almost 2 acres on which to recreate or relax. The property consists of two separate structures providing outstanding flexibility for many group sizes and make ups. The newly renovated main house consists of a new fully equipped custom kitchen, a dining room and main living room. This area is vaulted and features the original 1950’s beams to give it a classic character with modern finishes.
The main house has three bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed with a private new bathroom with a tile and glass shower and a dual vanity. There’s a slider to the back yard from this room too. The other two bedrooms have a queen bed and a twin with trundle respectively. There’s another new bathroom that these bedrooms share.
The older structure of property is a large studio set up with a King bed, a twin with trundle and a fully functional retro themed kitchen as well. There is a full bath in this section. In all, the property can sleep up to 10 in 4 sleeping areas.
There’s a pleasant patio between the two structures that provides great outdoor living space and plenty of privacy. Your four-legged friends are welcome with owner approval and there is an area of the yard that is completely enclosed.
Both structures are fully air conditioned and have high speed internet. Nauset Gem provides a very unique experience with the waves of Nauset Beach providing the soundtrack.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
