An amazing location right in the middle of Brewster!
It is only a 3-4 minute walk to the gorgeous Breakwater Beach on the bay and a short walk up to the Brewster store for morning coffee and pastries plus ice cream in the evening. The rail trail is a short distance away as well for fun off the beach. The location and amenities of the home are hard to be beat in Brewster!
Outside Living space
The house has a beautiful deck off the dining room, and a large, flat back yard perfect for playing whiffle ball or frisbee, or just enjoying the quiet. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the evening as you try to name the constellations. On the side of the house there is an enclosed outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and salt.
Inside Living space
The owners completed some fabulous renovations including renovating both full bathrooms, updating and expanding the kitchen, moving the laundry to the main floor and adding a half-bath downstairs!
The living room and dining area (with a TV) flow together for comfortable living for all.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook or grill. The house has new appliances and a propane grill. There is WiFi & cable TV as well as a full selection of DVDs. The house has central air-conditioning
The newly finished basement has a TV and sofa for the kids ( or adults) to relax and watch TV.
Sleeping Accommodations:
This home is a classic 4 bedroom cape, with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms, a full bath and a half bathroom downstairs.
Upstairs, the primary has one king bed and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The bedrooms share a full bath with a step-in shower.
Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, the other also has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/combo.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–October. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
