Location
Enjoy spectacular water views from nearly every room of this waterfront home on a private two-acre wooded lot in the beautiful lakes region of Harwich. The property has its own small private beach on Long Pond as well as a dock and pedal boat on Black Pond. From the house, you can walk or bike 200 yards to the famous Cape Cod Rail Trail Bike Path where you can go miles in either direction.
Outside Living Space
Sliding glass doors lead out onto a large wrap-around deck with a retractable awning, gas grill, tables for dining, and chairs for relaxing, and taking in the amazing, elevated views of Long Pond. Take a gradually descending path to the private beach on Long Pond. There, you’ll have use of the provided pedal boat, kayak, canoe, docks, beach chairs and life jackets, NOTE: homes on Black Pond have a right of portage between the two ponds, which are separated at this point by only about 50 feet.
There’s also an enclosed outdoor shower. And in the sandy side yard, you’ll enjoy a firepit circled with Adirondack chairs for the perfect after dinner ‘smores-making’ gathering.
Inside Living Space
The spacious main level offers open floor plan living with vaulted ceilings. Here you’ll find the spacious living room with plenty of seating and a big, flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, two dining areas, spiral stairway to an intriguing loft level, and two bedrooms. The lower level provides a large family room with a second TV, Foosball® and mid-size ping pong table. The family room connects to a suite of two bedrooms (one queen, one with twin beds) and a full bath. Walk out through the sliders onto a terraced patio overlooking Long Pond.
Sleeping Accommodations
This home has four bedrooms. The main level offers one bedroom with a king size bed, the other provides a queen. There’s one full and one-half bath on this level.
