Coming in 2026, this Harwichport home will have a new addition bringing the total bedrooms up to 6 along with 6 full baths. Be one of the first to experience a newly remodeled home in the heart of Harwich Port with a heated saltwater pool and pool house. The main house consists of newly expanded kitchen, dining area and living room. Upstairs you’ll find two additional bedrooms: one with a King bed and the other with 3 twin trundle beds.
The new addition creates a new wing of the property. On the main level you'll find a second living area and game room featuring a billiards table. There's a bedroom suite with a King on the main level as well. There's also a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, also with a private bath. Upstairs is the ultimate primary bedroom set up with a King bed, private bath, work out room plus an office.
Don’t forget about the pool house! The first floor has a kitchenette/ wet bar plus a full bath. Upstairs there’s another sleeping area with a King bed plus a twin with a trundle.
You’ll no doubt spend the majority of your time at the heated gunite saltwater pool and expansive patio. The pool is 18x36 and includes a hot tub. Plenty of room for all! There’s also ample lawn space for games.
You may not want to leave your private oasis, but Harwich Port Center is just a 3–5-minute walk for outstanding dining, shopping and browsing. The beach isn’t much further, Bank Street Beach is just over a half mile from the house. Bring your clubs! Harwich Port Golf Course is just a long Par 5 from the house.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225.00 In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%. Please note: pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day - Columbus Day.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
