Set back from the road on a large, private lot, you’ll have plenty of privacy and the kids will make good use of the level yard.
The association beach is a short walk to one of the best sandy beaches on Cape Cod Bay.
From this property, it’s an easy walk or bike ride up to Main Street, Brewster (Route 6A) for casual dining, pizza, sushi, a package (liquor) store, sports bar, convenience store, bakery, book store and more.
Outside Living Space:
Off the kitchen, you'll appreciate the large patio for outdoor gathering and dining. Fire up the gas grill! Enjoy the nicely landscaped gardens and the large private yard.
Inside Living Space:
Inside the main section of the home you’ll find an appealing, open floor plan with a very well equipped kitchen that leads to a dining area and living room. The vaulted ceiling adds to a delightful sense of space and light. Just down the hall is a TV lounge, a great place for the kids to spread out and watch their videos. The main level also includes a half bath and laundry room.
The home’s lower level is finished with another lounge area featuring a big comfy sectional sofa and flat screen TV. There’s a half bath here, too. And a ping pong table in the unfinished section to keep the kids busy evenings and when they come off the beach.
Sleeping Accommodations:
In the main house, there’s a master bedroom on the main level with a king size bed, an ensuite full bath and a deck.
There are two more bedrooms located in the main house on the upper level. The first has two twin beds and the other has a roomy king size bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath,
Above the garage you will find the in-law apartment. There’s a queen bedroom, a second full kitchen, a seating area with a day-bed with a pull-out trundle under and a full bath. While the main house features central AC, there are efficient window units for the in-law apartment. The access to this apartment is from either the garage or outside. There is no access to the garage apartment from the main area of the house.

This four-bedroom home is perfect for your multi-generational or two-family group, and it’s just a two-minute walk to one of the town’s best private association beaches on Cape Cod Bay. The owners provide an array of toys for your summer vacation: kayak, basketball hoop, ping-pong table.
