Walk five minutes (0.3 mile) to Scatteree Landing Beach, and when you return, you’ll appreciate rinsing off the salt and sand in the enclosed outdoor shower. You can drive less than two miles to Chatham Village with all its appealing shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment options, such as band concerts and Cape Cod League Baseball.
This well-maintained home has an open and very social common living space. The fully equipped, gleaming kitchen has an island with gas range top and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen flows into the lounge area with TV as well as an adjacent dining area. You’ll admire the handsome wood floors and special, coffered ceilings. A door from the kitchen leads to the screened porch. The main level is also where you’ll find the a third newly renovated full bathroom.
The home sleeps six in three sleeping areas plus a lower level bonus area. The master bedroom with a queen size bed and TV is on the main level. It provides a full bath en suite. On the upper level, you have another private suite with TV, as well as an additional room with two twin sized beds. The newly finished lower level features a second living room with TV and the lower level houses a queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed. There's also a stunning new full bath on the lower level. The washer and dryer are in a utility room in the lower level as well. You’ll enjoy central air conditioning here. There’s also high speed WiFi, a total of 5 TV's, as well as a Sonos sound system.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
