While trees do not permit a view of the Bay, you are very, very close here -- less than two minutes walk to the beach. Beach chairs provided. And it’s one of the very best, private sandy beaches in Brewster. The owner family has done a nice job updating the property, while maintaining its classic Cape cottage charm. The primary bedroom wing on the house has been recently renovated with a large, beautifully appointed bathroom, queen size bed and stackable washer/dryer. The kitchen floor is new and there’s a new flat screen TV in the pine-paneled living room. The main level and upper level are now completely air conditioned using split units. There’s also a half bath on the main level, just off the kitchen. The screened-in porch gives you great extra living space in summer. Outside, the private, shaded yard is a good, safe play space for younger children when they’ve had enough sun on the beach. The outdoor shower is large and also quite new. There is also a large gas grill. Relax in the hammock and rest assured that you have found one of the best vacation values along the Brewster beaches.

Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.  In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
