Front n’ Center, located on Chatham’s Stage Island provides a luxury vacation experience on every level. You’ll no doubt spend the majority of your outdoor time in or around the new heated saltwater pool and the exquisite flagstone patio. You could also relax in the screened in porch or head up to the roof deck to take in distant views of the Atlantic Ocean. Inside, the home features spacious, exquisite gourmand’s kitchen with vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and skylights fostering a marvelous sense of light and space. Granite counters and new stainless-steel appliances, including a big six burner gas range, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and lobster pot. The center island adds workspace, and the peninsula has counter seating for three. Right off the kitchen you’ll find the handsome wood dining room table and chairs.
Sleeping Arrangements: One bedroom on the main level with queen size bed, TV and full private bath ensuite. Second level has two bedrooms, one has a queen plus two twins and two trundle beds. Third bedroom, also on second level, is the primary suite, featuring a king size bed, TV and private full bath, as well as peeks of Chatham Harbor.
Living Spaces: This home has several lounge areas, including the main level living room, which walks out to the patio and in-ground pool. There is also a sitting room on the second level with still more lounge seating including a convertible sleep sofa. There is also a large three-season room on the main level, which functions as a screened porch in the warm weather.
Outdoor Spaces: The patio includes two umbrella shaded picnic tables, several pool-side padded lounge chairs and a spiral staircase which takes you to the upper open deck with yet more seating and limited, but beautiful elevated views of Chatham Harbor. Owners have thoughtfully provided kayaks for guest use. There is also a wood burning firepit, enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill.
