Just off the largest lake on the Cape, you'll find this modern and fully equipped vacation home. Walk 2 minutes down the street to a private beach on Long Pond. You even have glimpses of the water from the house! Grab the beach chairs provided and enjoy clean freshwater activities. Ocean access to Cape Cod Bay, Nantucket Sound or the Atlantic is only about a 10-minute drive.
Inside, you'll find a spacious modern home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, The house is comfortably furnished and is fully air conditioned. The airy and bright kitchen is fully equipped and ready for any meal prep. There are two dining areas off the kitchen so there’s plenty of room to spread out. The main living area has a huge comfy sectional to lounge on. There’s a TV in this area of course. The living room spills out onto the spacious deck with ample outdoor furniture. There is also a small sitting room on the front side of the house for more hang out space. The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and a private full bath.
Upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms: one with 2 twins and 2 with queens. There’s a second full bath upstairs as well. Finally, there is a ping pong table ready for action in the semi-finished basement.
The home is located in a small neighborhood with two cul de sacs. Great area for the kiddos to bike when off the beach. Restaurants, boutique shopping, galleries and ice cream shops are all a short 5 minute drive away.
