Enjoy your summer vacation in this thoughtfully updated, spacious 3700+ sq ft residence, the perfect summer getaway in the delightful village of Osterville. just six minutes to Osterville’s Dowses Beach. And half that distance to popular Fancy’s Market, pick up some of their Howie’s Cheese, wine, and crackers, and head to the beach for a sunset.
Living Spaces: No doubt the most outstanding aspect of this home’s interior is its several comfy gathering areas. The main level has a big family room plus a separate living room, each with plenty of comfortable lounge seating and a wall-mounted TV. The lower level features a third TV lounge and a game room.
Kitchen and Dining: The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a good-sized peninsula with counter seating for three. There’s also a small kitchen, an eat-in table for four. Appliances are stainless steel, and counters are made of granite. The kitchen and eat-in space have beautiful hardwood floors. The separate dining room easily seats eight.
Sleeping Arrangements: All four bedrooms are on the second level. There’s the spacious suite with a king-size bed and a TV. Then there’s the private full bath with both a step-in shower and a jetted tub. Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, while bedroom four has a bunk with two twins and an additional single. There are two additional bathrooms upstairs, one full and one half. The half bath also houses the laundry.
Outdoor Living Space: This is likely where your group will gather most. The unusual and alluring design of the in-ground heated saltwater pool beckons everyone to enjoy a dip. The oversized, skillfully crafted stone patio offers poolside lounge seating, a large umbrella-shaded dining table and chairs, and additional seating around the wood-burning fire pit. The gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower also live on the patio. The owners have also installed rooftop solar panels, which supply power to the property year-round.
