Walk two minutes from this recently renovated house to a perfect sandy beach on Cape Cod Bay. And be sure to come back for a stunning sunset over the water. This beach house is also very near the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path, as well as fresh water Great Pond.
Back at the house, you’ll enjoy Cape Cod outdoor summer living as it should be, with a good sized, fully furnished private patio with a picnic table, wood fire pit, hammock, new outdoor shower, and your choice of a charcoal or gas grill.
You’ll love the accommodations here, with everything so nice and new, as well as several custom design touches. Meal prep is a pleasure in the cheery, bright, completely new and fully equipped kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The indoor dining area is a convenient extension of the spacious kitchen island, although you’ll no doubt serve most meals out on the patio.
It’s single level living with an open, social floor plan for the entire common living space, with the comfy living room/TV lounge open to the kitchen and dining area.
The master bedroom has a new queen size bed and full bath en suite. The second bedroom is also a queen. The third bedroom has a pair of twins. Those last two bedrooms share the home’s second full bath.
The home is centrally air conditioned, with Cable and smart TV, and high speed WiFi. There’s also a new washer and dryer, of course.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195 . In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
