You don’t need to be a golfer to appreciate the property’s location and setting. It’s a large lot that offers complete privacy on a quiet, dead-end street. Your closest neighbor is the golf course. It’s a mere six-minute drive to Barnstable’s Milway Beach on beautiful Barnstable Harbor.
You’ll also want to check out nearby Barnstable Village for the shops and activities. Grab a Grilled Veggie and Cheese Panini at the Barnstable Market. Become addicted to the Nirvana Coffee Company. Go on a whale watch cruise or charter a fishing boat and see if you can catch dinner.
Back at the house, let the kids splash in the heated pool while you enjoy a relaxing outdoor shower. Then, turn on the gas grill and dine outside at the umbrella-shaded deck table or on the spacious screened porch with its eye-catching vaulted, multi-colored ceiling. This is true outdoor living at its finest in Cummaquid, Cape Cod.
Inside the house, you’ll discover a tastefully designed, furnished, and decorated open floor plan. The social kitchen is well equipped and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There’s a good-sized center island with high-boy seating for a couple of kids or meal-prep kibitzers, plus a second sink for food prep or as a wet bar. There are two separate lounge areas in the house, each with plenty of comfortable seating and a smart television. This is single-level living, so there are no stairs to climb.
Sleeping accommodations include the king primary suite with a luxurious king-size bed and a full private en-suite bath. Two other bedrooms have a queen-size bed in each. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The additional sleeping area is a private room with a full-size futon. This room also serves as a home office. There is a second desk/work station in the twin bedroom.
The house has three full baths. It is cooled by central air conditioning and features smart TVs, a Sonos® sound system, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

As is customary in vacation rentals, there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00.
