Nestled into the quiet Tonset neighborhood of East Orleans, this charming vacation home is ideally located just a five-minute drive from the broad sands and ocean surf of famous Nauset Beach. Ride your bikes and don’t worry about parking. Your feet will be in the sand in just 12 minutes by bike! You’re even closer to East Orleans Village, where you’ll become addicted to popular Smitty’s Ice Cream, as well as Nauset Farms Market with their fresh produce, outstanding butcher shop, mouthwatering deli sandwiches and taste tempting desserts. You can walk to the Village in 18 minutes, bike to it in only five.
This home’s outdoor living space features a gorgeous plunge pool and large private yard. The deck area has comfy lounge seating along with a dining area.
Inside, the stunning kitchen features vaulted ceilings, an expansive island and top of the line appliances and cookware to prepare any meal. The main living area features a cozy sectional and TV. The modern coastal décor is prevalent throughout the home. The 8-seater dining table is adjacent to the living room. Also, on the main level you’ll find the primary bedroom with a King bed and private updated bathroom. There is also a second full bath at the base of the stairs leading to the second floor Queen bedrooms.
There are two stairways leading to upper level living areas. The first is off the dining room and you’ll find two bedrooms up here, each with a queen bed. There is a modern shared bath up here as well. The other staircase is located off the kitchen and leads to a room above the garage. This room features a huge screen and movie lounge chairs. Take in a family flick at the end of the day! This room also has an extra queen bed for flex sleeping space.
Finally, the lower level is finished and contains another TV lounge area plus a bonus room that houses two twin beds. Plenty of space inside and out to find some privacy from the group if desired. There’s also a workspace if you must bring your laptop.
