Enjoy a private Chatham oasis with your own heated pool and meticulously kept grounds with a backdrop of a gorgeous cranberry bog. The setting is at the end of a cul-de-sac in West Chatham located just over a mile to Ridgevale Beach and just over 2 miles to downtown Chatham. The lush lawn and gardens create an amazing outdoor experience. Set yourself up at the fire pit in the evening and gaze at the summer stars!

The house provides an open concept for the main living area, kitchen and dining. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious and cozy atmosphere. There is a primary bedroom on the main level with a king bed and a private bath. The main level also has a deck that is accessed from the kitchen and primary bedroom. Upstairs you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms, all with private baths! There is one room with a king-sized bed, one room with a queen and one room with 3 twins. There will be a newly finished lower level for 2025 which will provide additional sleeping area with queen sleeper and a brand-new full bathroom. A total of 4 bedrooms, a bonus flex space and 5 full baths.

The home is located in West Chatham and is minutes from West Chatham commerce: several restaurants and take out options, a liquor store and a shaved ice shop! You are also under a mile to the nearest bike trail intersection. You can bike into downtown Chatham in about 10 minutes via the Old Colony bike trail. You are also under a mile from Chatham Airport. Take a tour of Chatham and beyond in a bi-plane tour!
