Tucked into a secluded, treed lot in a small, quiet Bayside neighborhood, this family vacation home is an ideal choice for your family beach vacation. Because of the trees, there are no significant views of the Bay from the house, although you can see the water from the second level deck. But it’s hard to get much closer to the beach unless you’re directly on it. The beach path is just a few steps from the front door and your feet are in the sand in 60 seconds or less.
Like so many Cape properties, this one has been renovated and expanded more than once. The curb view presents a fairly modest profile of the original Cape style cottage, but don’t be misled. There’s an entire second house connected behind that! The new section has central air conditioning, while the original section has window units. There is WiFi throughout. This house has plenty of living space, both inside and out for your group of up to 12. It starts with the bright, cheery social kitchen that opens up to the roomy dining area, including lounge seating. The adjoining living room has plenty of comfy seating and a flat screen TV. There’s a three-season porch right off the living room. This house has five bedrooms, three with Queen size beds, one with twins, and one with a queen and a full. One of the queen bedrooms is on the main floor, nice for an older guest who doesn't want to deal with stairs. It has two and a half baths plus an outdoor shower. Outside, this home features a large deck with two café style tables with chairs, plus a second level deck off one of the bedrooms with a peak view of the bay.. An enclosed, three-season room adds yet another appealing living space for evening games, puzzles or just relaxing.
Please enter in your travel dates in top right corner of this page for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations of 31 days or less that total 14.45%.
