Expansive home in the heart of Brewster, north of 6A! The home has 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1 half bath. The home has over 3,000 square feet of living space on 3 levels, and features 4 flat screen TV's The home has new renovated bathrooms with marble topped vanities, a new kitchen with granite counter tops and Bosch stainless steel appliances.
The main floor consists of a spacious open kitchen, dining area and living room with a flat screen TV. There are also two large bedrooms with Queen beds and a full bath. Upstairs, there is the primary bedroom with a King bed, plus two other bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and another with 2 Twin beds, each with trundle beds beneath them. There is a full bath on the second floor as well. The lower level is finished with a full bath, flat screen TV, couch, treadmill, and a walkout slider leading to a brand new patio and fire pit for family enjoyment. Off the kitchen is a large deck with a gas grill and outdoor shower.
The location of this home is extremely convenient. You can walk or bike up to Route 6A in less than 2 minutes and find a book store, pizza, bakery, restaurants as well as a Cumberland Farms convenience store. The home is also about a 3-minute drive to a number of beaches on Cape Cod Bay! Or you can easily bike to the beaches. The home does not come with deeded rights to the private beach at the end of Winslow Landing Drive.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.
This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived. If the owner approved the dog, they will require a $200 non-refundable pet fee.
