If you love the charm of Brewster, you’ll love the location and accommodations of this beautifully renovated ranch just off Route 6A. Walk 0.9 mile or drive three minutes to Point of Rocks Landing Beach and the calm, warm waters of Cape Cod Bay. At low tide, walk straight out for a mile or more on the famous Brewster Flats where kids make amazing discoveries in the tidal pools among the sandbars. Parking requires a town beach pass.
Staying at this property, you’re only a couple minutes’ walk to Route 6A, which is Main Street in Brewster. Along this picturesque roadway it is an easy walk in either direction to inviting restaurants, shops, ice cream and more, including the popular Brewster Fish House. Eddy Elementary School with its playground is just around the corner.
The house is a sweetheart, carefully renovated to provide a comfortable, cheery living experience. You’ll be pleasantly surprised by the sense of space here, especially in the large, luxurious living room with plenty of lounge seating in a bold, colorful décor. There’s a big TV here as well.
The open floor plan flows into the fully equipped kitchen with gleaming stainless steel and granite, as well as a peninsula with seating for two. Adjacent to the kitchen you’ll find the dining area with seating for six or even eight as necessary.
From here, a slider leads out to the large, private deck and an appealing outdoor summer living experience. Here you’ll find your choice of either a charcoal or gas grill, as well as an enclosed outdoor shower.
Sleeping accommodations include the king master, with its own private full bath en suite. The second bedroom has a queen and the final bedroom has comfy twins. They share the home’s second full bath.
The lower level adds more finished living space, including another TV and a foosball table.
The home has central air conditioning, cable TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Please note that the lower level does not have central AC.
