Located in a quiet neighborhood, this property is ideal for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle. It's also conveniently close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, making it easy to explore the scenic beauty of the area by bike. Plus, you can walk five minutes or less to catch a Cape Cod Baseball League game featuring the Brewster Whitecaps, adding a touch of local community spirit to your vacation. The Brewster beaches are a short bike (15 minutes) or car ride (less than 5 minutes) away. Numerous fresh water ponds are scattered along the bike path and in easy reach of the property. Your Cape Cod retreat awaits!
Outside Living Space
Enjoy the heated saltwater pool, surrounded by ample outdoor living space, perfect for lounging, dining, or unwinding under the stars. The outside enclosed shower is located just outside the pool fence and against the house.
There is a large deck off the dining area where you will find comfortable outdoor furniture and a large dining area. Also the gas grill is here. Just off the deck is a nicely landscaped private yard.
Inside Living space
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern amenities you will need for preparing delicious family meals. The dining and living area flow together nicely and offer a comfortable and relaxing space. There is a half bath on this level.
Sleeping Accommodations
The primary bedroom suite, located on the mezzanine level, provides an appealing retreat with its own full bath for your comfort and privacy.
The two other bedrooms are situated on the top floor of the house. One has a queen bed and the final bedroom provides twin over full bunks along with a twin bed plus a “rollaway” twin that can be used in place or moved to another location. These two bedrooms also share a full bathroom on the top floor.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. However, the owners offer a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June and September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
As is customary for vacation rentals, there are fees additional to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $215.00 There are also state and local taxes of 14.45% applied to all reservations for less than 32 days in length
