Walk just seven minutes to sandy Saint’s Landing Beach on the Bay in Brewster. At low tide, kids of all ages love to walk up to a mile or more straight out from shore on the famous Brewster Flats. There they discover all manner of critters in the warm tidal pools. Try building a sandcastle on one of the sandbars, then watch it be conquered by the incoming tide.
When you come off the beach, you might want to visit Kate’s Seafood & Ice Cream just four minutes up the road by bike. So is Dunkin Donuts for your morning coffee, and Luke’s Super Liquor Store for an amazing selection of beer, wines and spirits. And don’t miss visiting the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History on Route 6A (Main Street), just a five-minute bike ride from the house.
Outdoor Living Space
This property has a small private yard and a brick patio where the gas grill can be found. Fire it up and enjoy dinner outside.
Interior Living Space
Inside, thanks to the open stairway to the second level, as well as the vaulted, gleaming white beadboard ceilings and plenty of skylights and windows, the main living space feels remarkably spacious and cheerful. The living room offers plenty of comfy lounge seating and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and updated with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a gas range. You’ll find both a conventional drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The dining area is just off the kitchen, from which you walk through a slider to the patio beyond.
Beds and Baths
There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a king bed, one with a queen. Upstairs you’ll find a large bedroom with three twin beds. There’s a full bath up here with a step-in shower. The second full bath is on the main level and has a tub/shower combination.
