Welcome to Bramble House, 3,113 sq ft of vacation magnificence in an ideal West Harwich location. Now completely renovated and finished with high-end Bernhardt furnishings, you will be impressed the minute you arrive.
Kitchen and Dining: The fully outfitted chef’s kitchen has it all, from its striking cathedral ceiling with exposed beams to granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Note the sun-filled breakfast nook with a tray ceiling. And behold the large sunroom with a dining table and chairs for seating up to 12.
Living Spaces: The living room offers an overstuffed couch and custom upholstered chairs, as handsome as they are comfortable. The lower level presents a finished game room with a lounge area, including a big, cozy sectional, smart TV with soundbar and a full-size billiard table.
Sleeping Arrangements: The home has six bedrooms, two on each of three levels. The main level has one bedroom with a queen-size bed and another with a pair of twins. The upper-level features two king bedrooms, one with a private full bath; each with its own TV. There is a second full bath upstairs. On the lower level, you will find one bedroom with a queen, the other with two sets of twin bunk beds. There’s a full bath on this level as well. Both upstairs baths have heated floors.
Outdoor Spaces: The outdoor living space, of course, is focused on the large, in-ground heated pool and hot tub.
There’s a gigantic built-in gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower, all ideally situated on the unique marble patio and pool hardscape. Fire up the gas firepit and swap stories under the stars. The yard is big and private, perfect for outdoor activities, such as a rousing game of Whiiffle® Ball. Any ball hit into the pool is an automatic home run!
Location: It’s a little over half a mile to sandy Pleasant Road Beach on Nantucket Sound. Also, a short walk to the Herring River where the locals like to fish. This property is very close to Main Street (Route 28) where you’ll find several popular restaurants including The Oyster Company Raw Bar & Grille, The Port, Brax Landing, Mooncussers Tavern and Sundae School Ice Cream.
