Hard to find a better Cape vacation location than this beautifully maintained home in West Yarmouth. It’s only a 10-minute walk or three-minute bike ride to nearby Englewood Beach on Nantucket Sound, where the shell collectors in your party will be very happy. Head in the opposite direction, then go either way on Main Street (Route 28) for restaurants, ice cream, mini-golf and much more. Popular waterfront Tugboats restaurant overlooking the Hyannis marina is only a six-minute drive. You can walk to the Yarmouth House restaurant in 10 minutes. Much less than that to the Keltic Kitchen, an excellent choice for breakfast or lunch.
You’ll enjoy outdoor living at its Cape Cod best at this property, thanks to the house-wide private deck out back. Dine al fresco when you fire up the gas grill and serve dinner on the deck. The yard is also good sized, plenty of room for Frisbee® or Whiffleball®. For additional family fun, there is a ping pong table in the garage, Air Hockey in the basement along with plenty of outdoor games such as corn hole, ring toss and a tether ball.
Inside you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the expansive common living space. The fully equipped kitchen has beautiful granite counters and top-of-the-line appliances. There’s counter seating for six and six more at the eat-in kitchen table. Your group of up to 6 will appreciate the pleasing sense of light and space here.
There’s yet another dining room and, of course, a big, comfortable living room with a large screen TV. There are three bedrooms on the main level, two with queen size beds, one with a king. You’ll find additional living space on the lower level with another TV. The home has two full baths, central air-conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi and smart/cable TV.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195.
