Tucked in a quiet residential neighborhood you’ll find this modern Harwich Port home with golf course views and quick access into Harwich Port village for dining and shopping. The recently built home has many great features which provides a contemporary experience with a touch of old-world elegance. 

The main level is welcoming with 9-foot ceilings and sliding glass doors that lead to an expansive patio overlooking the 4th fairway of Harwich Port Golf Course. The main living area has a brand-new cozy sectional and is open to the dining area. The top-of-the-line kitchen is adjacent and is fully equipped. There’s even a wet bar just off the kitchen as well. You’ll also find the laundry just past the kitchen area and a powder room. The main level is completed with the primary bedroom suite with a King size bed, private bath and seating area with golf course views.

Upstairs you’ll find 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms with queen beds and one large room with 3 twin beds.

Harwich Port Center is a 3–5-minute walk from the house. The beach isn’t much further, Bank Street Beach is just under mile from the house. Don’t forget about Harwich Port Golf, just take a left out the back door and head over to the clubhouse!

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during outside of the peak season. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
