Vacation in this stunning contemporary beach house, directly on the beach in East Sandwich. Your private boardwalk takes you right to the private beach with more than 200 feet of Bay frontage, adjacent to popular Scorton Neck Beach to the west. Better yet, you’ll enjoy privacy here, as the 1.72-acre lot provides good separation from neighboring properties.

At this home you are close to Route 6A, so you’re very close to a variety of excellent restaurants. Amari Bar & Ristorante is only a two-minute drive or six-minute bike ride. The tempting Café Riverview is just a five-minute drive or nine minutes on your bike.

The 3,800 square foot house, built in 1982, was tastefully renovated in the late ‘90s. This is an “upside down” floor plan in order to take advantage of the superb water views from the primary living spaces. The home has three levels. You enter on the first level and find four bedrooms, three kings and a queen. There are two full baths and the laundry here as well. 

Walk up one level to find the home’s second level and main living space including the open concept kitchen, dining and lounge areas. The large, fully outfitted chef’s kitchen has custom cabinets and granite counters. It features a large peninsula with high boy seating for two, plus a butcher block island for added prep space. There are two dishwashers and two ovens. The dining area is spacious and offers water views, but you may elect to dine out on the deck al fresco. Fire up the gas grill and enjoy! 

The third level is comprised entirely of the master suite, including a king size bed, lounge area, two full baths and a kitchenette. There’s even a workstation for anyone in your group who needs to work remotely while here. There’s also a small private deck here, and of course, from this elevated vantage point, the bay views are even more spectacular.

The home is equipped with central air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV.

Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $245. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
