If you have kids who love the beach, you’ll be delighted to make this house your vacation headquarters. Not familiar with Ridgevale Beach? It’s really a sandy island surrounded by a gentle “moat” of sea water, where kids wade, splash and play – and ride the tidal stream on anything that floats! The beach also has a snack bar and boat rentals, making it one of Chatham's favorite beach experiences.
The house is one of two recently updated homes with the same owner that share a huge yard, but each rents independently. This one sleeps six in three bedrooms, two full baths.
The floor plan makes it an “upside down” house, so-called because the fully equipped kitchen and cheery common living space are on the upper level. From there you walk out to a spacious deck with a pleasant view of a tidal estuary. You’ll spend most of your time out here, when you’re not on the beach, of course. Fire up the gas grill and plan to dine al fresco on the deck.
The upper level is also home to the primary bedroom with a queen size bed and private full bath. The lower level provides two more bedrooms, one with a big king size bed, the other with comfy twins. The home has many newer furnishings, is centrally air conditioned and offers high-speed WiFi.
Chatham Village is a short 5-10 minute drive, where you'll find great shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. Enjoy the quaint movie house or band concerts on the green. And don't forget to hit one of the several ice cream parlors in town, too! This new home offers the best of Chatham for your family vacation.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $ 195.
